We manufacture our airdancers with 2 oz coated ripstop, UV and polyurethane coated nylon. We double stitch using industrial sewing machines and for extra strength we use high grade rot and rock proof commercial thread. Our fans are a comfortable carry weight and run at a reduced sound. We manufacture on site, so that we are able to offer any wording, for any event or occasion. Our airdancers are manufactured by highly skilled craftsmen to be of a high standard. We glue and double stitch the lettering in place which gives extra durability, and enables the lettering to withstand the high pressure from the fan. Many cheap imports only glue lettering, or single stitch, which is not how our superior products are manufactured.
